Dreamy Pistachio Cream Cheese Frosting
INGREDIENTS
- 1 8 oz cream cheese room temperature and full fat
- 1/4 cups Pistachio pudding
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp almond extract
- 4 tbsp milk or whipping cream
- Beat cream cheese in a mixer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add half of a box of pistachio pudding (about 1/4 cup)- If you are using this recipe in coordination with the Pistachio White Chocolate cupcakes, just use the remaining pudding mix that you have.
